Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 72 business hours after receipt of your payment. An email will be sent to you when your package is shipped, indicating its number and containing a link allowing you to track its delivery on the carrier’s website.
Regardless of the customer’s choice, ROTOMOD STORE reserves the right to use the most suitable mode of transport, depending on the nature of the product and the shipping location.
For deliveries to French overseas departments and territories, we deliver spare parts and accessories (excluding paddles).

Delivery by USPS
Colissimo Expert Tracking
The package will be delivered to your home address upon signature.
If you are not home, you can pick it up at the post office with your delivery notice.
You can track your order using the package number on the La Poste website.
Delivery by carrier
Messaging
Shipping by carrier mainly concerns boats or particularly heavy or bulky packages. The package is delivered to your home. If you are not there, a second delivery can be arranged with the carrier.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with packages containing fragile items.
Packages are oversized and protected.   
Availability
The number of items in stock indicated on each product page is indicative and may vary (up or down). The availability indicated applies to all of our company’s stores or warehouses. If you wish to pick up your order at one of our locations, it is advisable to check the availability of the items at that location before traveling there.
In the event of a stock shortage, ROTOMOD STORE reserves the right to replace the missing item with a product of the same type, of equivalent or superior quality.
