Exchanges and returns
No Product may be returned to the Site without prior notification and in accordance with its return shipping instructions.
Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of Rotomodstore, which can be obtained via the Customer Area available on the website. In the absence of a return agreement, the goods will be returned to you at your expense and risk, with all transport, storage, and handling costs being your responsibility. Once approval for the return has been obtained, the Buyer has five working days to return the defective goods to Rotomodstore. The goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice. All defective products must be returned in their original packaging, including the entire product and its accessories, accompanied by all documents, warranty card (unfilled), instructions, etc. Any product that is incomplete, damaged, and/or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be taken back, exchanged, or refunded.
The fact of making a complaint does not release the Buyer from their obligation to pay the invoice within the agreed time frame. Any refunds or credits will be issued upon receipt of the goods for which the dispute has been duly noted and accepted by Rotomodstore. The costs incurred for returning the goods, for whatever reason, are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. No returns sent carriage forward will be accepted.
The Site will inform the customer by email or telephone of the conditions for returning the damaged product. The damaged Product must be returned or collected by the Site in the condition in which it was received, clean, in its original packaging with all the items and accessories delivered (user manual, various accessories, etc.). The Website will only be able to refund or replace the damaged Product once it has been returned to the Website. Any return costs incurred by the customer for returning a damaged Product will be refunded to the customer by the Website upon presentation of supporting documents. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the damaged Product by check sent to the customer at the address indicated on the order form or by crediting the customer’s account. Any other defect in the Product will be covered by the commercial warranty and/or the legal warranty, as specified in the articles below.
